At Rise Consulting, we envision an environmentally just future where BIPOC communities thrive in safe, beautiful, and vibrant communities and can pursue their dreams in the absence of racial disparities and structural discrimination.
Our mission is to shine a light on systems of racial injustice and to seed and grow strategies and practices that advance racial equity and promote tangible social and environmental benefits for BIPOC communities.
Our Approach
Rise centers an intersectional race equity lens, mixed with humor, love, storytelling, and a deep belief in everyone’s dignity. We work to support individuals, communities, and organizations in building their capacity to recognize and challenge internal and external systems of oppression and to create transformational and sustainable change for racial equity.
We offer racial equity-centered services that support transformation processes. We design and deliver strategies, frameworks, tools, and training programs that shine a light on structural racism, challenge the status quo and create racial equity outcomes.
